Getting GDPR Ready

On the 25th of May 2018 a new form of data legislation comes into force. General Data Protection Legislation - or GDPR for short- will be a law which has effect across all EU countries.

The good news is that it brings increased security and privacy for us as private individuals. However it will be a major onus on companies who hold our data to ensure they are compliant. Being unprepared or ignoring the legislation could mean businesses facing high costs due to penalties. 

Organisations, both big and small need to adapt processes and technology to minimise risk and avoid fines under the new law.
